Terms and Conditions for Willow Court Lodge Ltd

When booking you will be required to provide either a credit or debit card details to secure the booking

Please ensure the information you provide is correct as any mistakes may delay the booking process

Please confirm if you require a confirmation or receipt email for your reservation

Room prices quoted include VAT at the applicable rate at the time of your stay. Should the VAT rate change either up or down the amount you pay may differ from the amount quoted. This will not be the case if you pay in full for your stay at the time of booking. Room rates quoted is on a per night basis and include Continental Breakfast in your room.

Please advise if you have any dietary requirements or if you have any allergies.

Each room has a maximum occupancy, depending on the type of room you have booked details as follows.

Single 1 person ? Double 2 persons - Twin 2 persons - Twin/Double 3 persons - Triple 3 persons              

Payment of your stay can be paid in full either at the time of booking or on arrival. Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 Hours prior to your intended arrival date with no penalty. Should you cancel within 48 Hours of the time of your intended arrival or fail to arrive, one night?s room rate will be charged.

On arrival if the full amount for your stay has not been paid you will be requested to do so. Payment can be made in the following way, Cash, most credit cards are accepted, BACS and cheques that are accompanied with a cheque guarantee card. All credit/debit cards must be valid at least until the time of your departure. We do not offer cash back facility.

Any discount given will be charged back should you not stay for the duration agreed at the time of your arrival. Should you break the contract in any way we reserve the right to cancel your stay with us.

It is our intention that you enjoy your stay with us. Please advise us if you have any issues or you would like to see any improvements.

Normal arrival time is from 3pm to 9pm, departures are by 11am. Should you wish to arrive or depart outside of these times please let us know so we can try to accommodate your request. Please note there may be a charge for this service.

Willow Court Lodge will not permit any of the following.

·        The use of any electrical and non-electrical appliances used for cooking

·        Pets are not permitted except for assistance dogs

·        Any form of disturbance that may affect the other guest in the building at the time

·        Smoking anywhere in the building 1st July 2007 no smoking law came into effect Should our policy be breached there will be a £100.00 cleaning fee charged.

·        Any potentially hazardous or dangerous equipment or materials brought in to the building

·        Tampering with any of the emergency equipment or fire alarms

·        Damage, destroy or remove any property owned by Willow Court Lodge

Please note any of the above will result in a fine and may also cancel your stay with us, with immediate effect and you will be asked to leave the premises. Willow Court Lodge will retain sums paid. We reserve the right to share any violations and/or bad behavior with other companies who offer accommodation. The booker will ultimately be liable for any financial penalties. Willow Court lodge will not be liable for any refund or compensation in such cases. The above signatory accepts liability for all costs incurred by the room occupants and if required authorises his/her employer to pay any outstanding amounts on their behalf from any salary due to them.

When we confirm your reservation, the contract is formed between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms, whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties Act) 1999 or otherwise.

These Terms of Business not intended to affect your rights under the consumer protection registration if you are a non-business guest.

Willow Court Lodge reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking, including bookings made VIA channel managers
